The menu boasts an array of Asian-inspired dishes, with a lovely selection of chicken entrees that includes favorites such as Honey Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and General Tso's Chicken. Each dish is crafted to transport your palate straight to the heart of Asian cuisine. If you’re unsure where to start, the Manager's Special features the ever-popular Honey Chicken with Rice, a crowd-pleaser among regulars.
For sides, you have plenty of delicious options including Rice, Noodles, Long Beans, Mixed Vegetables, and even crispy Egg Rolls. Customers like John Buckley rave about the “great food at cheap prices,” and at under $10 for a generous plate, you won't break the bank. Frances Jackson added that she was pleasantly surprised, recommending it as a local alternative for those who normally find themselves trekking to Huntsville for their Asian food fix.
On the other hand, while the dishes are largely praised for their flavor and authenticity, some patrons like Shamrock Mermaid shared mixed feelings about consistency—as with any establishment, tastes vary. However, with such a diverse selection on the menu, there’s likely something for everyone. The bourbon chicken, for example, received accolades for being a standout; others shared a love for the honey chicken despite some noting it could be "a little too crunchy."

Great food at cheap prices. Convenient off the highway. Customer service was ok. Plenty of seating. Had outdoor seating as well. Had spicy general tso and honey chicken and egg roll with rice and Dr. Pepper. Employees were gracious in tasters before making final decision. Recommend and will come back.

Good score of 90 nice and clean interior as well as exterior greeted with a smile I ordered the 2 chicken with 2 sides I got honey chicken and general tso with rice and egg roll and of course some yum yum sauce @8.99 it was so delicious glad I tried for myself because the reviews has kept me from visiting but glad I did. I no longer have to drive to Huntsville for Chinese food everyone has a different taste preference. If you like Cajun grill in Parkway Mall you will definitely like Asian Express

A lot of food! My only suggestion is to switch your heating lamp for food to “INFRARED” so food doesn’t dry out. I think this will help you guys out a lot!

New to location area and wanted a quick lunch. The prices were good. We got 2 chicken with 2 sides, those being noodles and eggroll. We spent $19. To me it was like mall Asian food. The plate was packed. I loved the honey chicken but the orange chicken had way too much sauce in it. I didn’t like the egg roll at all. The garlic chicken looked questionable, but it was good. But the service was pleasant and if I’m craving that mall vibe without being at the mall, I’ll definitely hit them up again!
